Nards! No Blizzcon 2012
Due to a packed schedule, Blizzardcon will not be held this year! We Blizzard fans will have to hang up our helms and wait it out til 2013. The decision was announced via Battle.net, citing ongoing work on Diablo III, Titan, a new WoW expansion, and StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm updates, as well as a tournament at the end of the yea, as cause to hold off on the event (attended by 10,000 in 2011).
It’s disappointing, yes, but all the same comforting to know they’re hard at work getting Diablo III out. Are you bummed by the lack of Blizzcon this year?
