My parents sent me a gift certificate to Threadless last night and this is what I got! I usually only buy T shirts on Threadless because everything else gets a tad expensive, but hey, gift certificate means somebody else’s money. I’ll make smart economical purchases on my own dime.
“Life”, $44.
Until a few seconds ago, I did not know what a fireback was. Now that I do, I’m disappointed…because installing a fireplace just so I too can have a Hylian crest fireback is going to be damned expensive.

I really posted too soon the other day when I found that Zora Sapphire jewelry. DweebishDelights has also found crafty ways to make the Goron Ruby and Kokiri Emerald too! The pendants cost $12.50 each in necklace form and are available on Etsy.
Behold “Zelda Item Massive Collab” (it just rolls right off the tongue), a collaborative fan art effort including submissions from scores of artists eager to give LOZ’s 25th anniversary one last send off by portraying Link in dozens of his forms.

There better be the words “F_U_Water_Temple” hidden in that code somewhere.

PAX is here! Last night I started my Prime festivities by picking up my badge, heading to the Destructoid party, and then promptly leaving that party for a better one. A new acquaintance on the Fear and Loathing themed bar crawl was kind enough to pose for this photo showcasing his tattoo while at Elysian.
Seeing Legend of Zelda in HD at E3 2011 made me so excited I wanted to just kiss somebody. And Joey was dangerously close by. I settled for stuffing my lips in the crook of my elbow and doing an evolved form of the pee pee dance while watching my editor Christian try out the demo. I got to try it out, too, but there isn’t much to tell: it was mostly playing with the camera angles and menu screen.
Fortunately, Skyward Sword had more substance. Check out the screen shots in this new set from E3.
